We are seeking a
technically adept and highly organized Business Systems Coordinator to join our Support team. This role is integral to
maintaining and developing our internal workflows and systems, particularly those based on Airtable, while also interacting with external stakeholders, including global partners, suppliers, and clients. The successful candidate will possess
strong technical expertise, an understanding of our digital signage and music streaming services, and the
ability to translate business processes into efficient digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Develop Workflows: Regularly assess and improve our Airtable-based workflows to align with company needs and growth
- Data Management: Structure, normalize and maintain data integrity throughout different platforms
- Support Business Processes: Collaborate across departments to understand their processes and translate them into effective, automated digital workflows
- System Integration: Work on integrating back-office systems and tools to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with global partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and integration of systems
- Internal Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to internal teams on workflows, systems, and product offerings
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all workflows, systems, and integrations
- Problem-Solving: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose and implement solutions
Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong technical background with experience in workflow management and system development, particularly with NoCo/LoCo platforms similar to AirTable
- Experience in system integration and automation tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including global partners, suppliers, and clients, particularly about workflows and technical aspects of our offering
- Understanding of digital signage, music streaming services, and other relevant technologies is a plus
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and workflow development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and training skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Preferred:
- Familiarity with technical aspects related to digital signage and music streaming
- Experience working with APIs and basic JS scripting
- Experience in project management and proven track record in successful project implementation
- Experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools
- Strong English communication skills. Spoken Thai is preferred but not required
