The area of responsibility for this role is limited to Application/Systems however requires thorough support of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be able to plan and execute many different kinds of deployment activities. The role requires excellent social, facilitative, and operational execution skills and the ability to look for the most impactful and efficient ways to scale and manage.
- Guide a happy, highly motivated, and highly performing team that works together to solve real problems for JLL's PAM employees and clients.
- Drive adoption in existing markets through a wholistic approach to product development and go to market activities.
- Develop product strategy, build alignment around a short- and long-term product roadmap
- Gather requirements, identify further development opportunities through user research; plan, and execute with a relentless focus on quality.
- Track, analyse, and iterate on hypotheses, continuously driving user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirement:
- Thai National with an excellent command of English
- Degree in Software, IT, controls or related field
- A passion for real estate, data analysis and technology
- 5 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, digital solutions exec, or user researcher
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery especially in PropTech space
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to problems with using critical thinking to assess risks, and to lay out the solution in a well-structured, data-informed narrative
- Proven ability to engage with site teams, engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- Experiences in software systems and PropTech and controls systems
- VBA and SQL knowledge, SQL and Access Database analysis
- Good knowledge of any one BI Tool- (Power BI, Tableau, DundasBI is added advantage)
- Visio & creating power point presentation skills
