Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes across TD Tawandang organization. We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser or Buyer to help us accelerate our business goals, you will work directly with the Executive team to enhance existing business and pursue new business opportunities in market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market trends and apply finding knowledge to make insightful buying decisions
- Analyze current product ranges and their performance
- Identify and lead Category Management, Space Management and Visualizing
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the portfolio, including product development or selection across categories to increase Sales
- Set roadmaps for product launches develop key activities, follow-up items, timeline at SKU level; align plans with key stakeholders to ensure timely launch
- Participate in negotiating with suppliers in buying and merchandising products under responsibilities unit
- Research for new products interested by target group to satisfy end-customer needs and drive gross sales
- Develop / Guide and Oversee Merchandising (Category) teams, including P/L management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Merchandise ,Buyer ,Sales & Marketing, Client Service, or Business Development
- Background in FMCG, Retail, Merchandise is plus
- Mastermind business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives
- Good commercial sense with wide business networking
- Management experiences or skills i.e. hands-on, negotiation, approachable, strategic, detail-oriented, coaching, analytical.
- High level of effective communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactive, and able to work under pressure with high uncertainty
