Advise on the financial implications of management decisions and establish the financial soundness of proposed acquisitions and divestment of assets or businesses.
Ensure that the profits of the organization are protected through the establishment.
Direct the establishment of financial/accounting principles, procedures and practices in line with legal and corporate requirements.
Responsible for overall accounting and finance function, treasury including budget control, group finance, internal control.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, accounting, business or related field
Solid knowledge in explore a new entity in aboard.
Strong background in finance management such as accounting standards, financial reports, corporate governance, financial tools, budget control, risk management and tax management.
Familiar with SET regulations and IPO process to be a listed company
