7 + years of related experience with Change Management/Agile Project Management specifically in the implementation
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
Willing to travel to Vietnam and Thailand (2x month)

Responsibilities
Evaluating Change Impact: Determines the effects that new features and functional requirements will have on users, systems, and business processes as they stand today.
Communication with Stakeholders: Creates and implements communication strategies to guarantee that stakeholders are aware of and on board with impending platform modifications.
Training and Support: Oversees the development of training materials and other resources to help users seamlessly integrate new features or procedures.
Handling Opposition: Predicts and handles opposition to change by resolving issues and making sure end users recognize the benefits of new features.
Monitoring Adoption and Success: Keeps tabs on how new platform features are being adopted, assesses the effectiveness of change projects, and makes sure the company is getting the most out of the new features.
