As our new Change Manager on Pandora's global ERP programme, Compass, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a strong adoption of SAP S/4HANA across Pandora; delivering on our business transformation ambitions.

Our new Change Manager will join the Compass change team as we approach go-live late 2024 with our pilot markets and functions. Together with the rest of the Compass change team, you will be responsible for leading our pilots through our SAP S/4HANA transformation.

By planning and executing on engagement activities with leadership teams and impacted co-workers, you will play a pivotal role in fostering business readiness and adoption through upskilling, hyper care and move into BAU. Your expertise and insights to the people side of change will ensure a smooth transformation and a strong employee experiences.

Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Collaborate closely with management teams, key stakeholders, and end-users in markets and functions to ensure a smooth transition to our new ERP system.

Own, deliver and execute on a right sized change management plan, including stakeholder and communication plans, training activities and user support initiatives.

Be a team player, contributing to embedding Compass best practise change activities, ensuring we continuously improve as a team.

Design and facilitate workshops to empower leaders and change agents to successfully lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation in their areas.

Coordinate and follow up on activities of local change networks as they prepare for go-live and support end users.

Collaborate with process streams, as well as data and tech workstreams.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation top optimise business processes

Describe the purpose of the role with a strong headline

The purpose of this role is to drive a successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA by bringing great change experiences to our colleagues in impacted markets and functions. Our new Change Manager will be interacting with stakeholders on multiple organisational levels to navigate our Pandora team through our exciting transformation. The successful candidate has:

A successful track record in leading teams through the entire change management lifecycle, including Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Management, awareness-building, engagement strategies and follow up on change readiness and adoption.

Excellent planning and execution skills, onboarding stakeholders to the change plan and ensuring that activities are carried out on time and leading to the right results.

Demonstrated experience in managing global system implementations, navigating complexity, and identifying organizational impacts.

Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at working with global process owners, technical teams, and business representatives.

A strategic mindset with the ability to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.

Strong communicator with an ability to communicate complexity in simple terms and common language

Known for being able to roll-up your sleeves to get things done when needed.

Our new colleague will join a global, ambitious and fun community of Change Managers, who all bring different backgrounds and skills to Pandora. We are looking forward to onboard our new colleague to add even more best practices and competencies to our change and transformation activities.

We are organised in a matrix model, and our new colleague will be part of Pandora's ERP Change Management team as well as the Change team within Digital & Tech.

Both teams are specialised in driving the people side of digital and tech changes to maximize change adoption, ultimately resulting in the realization of Pandora's objectives and our business goal.
