Responsibilities:
Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 + years of experience in insurance sales.
Min. Graduate with min 6 months of experience in sales.
Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localites, open to frontline sales.
