This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at PUMA NEGRA in Phuket. The Chef will be responsible for daily culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and overseeing kitchen staff. They will ensure quality and presentation standards are met, manage inventory, and adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.

• Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
• Creativity and passion for creating new dishes
• Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Formal culinary education or training is a plus
• Experience in Latin or Asian cuisine is beneficial
