Responsibilities:-
- Lead strategic customer success initiatives and be part of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Source and nurture strategic partnerships.
- Oversee a seamless customer renewal process.
- Engage with customers through expertise and regular face-to-face meetings.
- Continuously review and enhance our value proposition and financial model.
- Drive and manage an ambitious events calendar.
- Provide regular impact metrics and internal reports.
- Foster strong partnerships with other senior leaders.
Requirements:-
- MBA graduate with 12+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in customer servicing, sales, and setting service benchmarks.
- Experience managing large teams across India.
- Background in consulting, headhunting, fast-growing startups, training companies, sales, HRMS, large insurance, or TPAs.
