- Spearhead the formulation and implementation of information management policies, strategies, and plans that align with the company's vision and mission. Foster and develop a team of highly skilled and professional Big Data and Data Analytics experts within the department.
Major Tasks / Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve organizational operational excellence.
- Establish clear performance objectives and benchmarks that are aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality analytics deliverables that effectively meet business needs in a dynamic environment.
- Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and challenging traditional processes.
- Manage end-to-end data & analytics initiatives from ideation, design & development, deployment & commercialization in an agile working model.
- Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate and influence a diverse range of partners and stakeholders, including those from technology, business ownership, and senior management.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation within your Automation Strategy Center of Excellence, encouraging team members to actively explore new technologies and methodologies.
- Drive team development, foster an innovative environment, and elevate the organization's analytics capabilities through the effective application of modern big data, machine learning methodologies, and visualization tools.
Job Specification
- Master of Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent advanced degree
- 15+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving Operational Excellence
- Proven track record in leading and managing complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Experience in leveraging technology and data analytics for transformation.
