Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-level strategies and set the vision for the bank.
- Lead the executive team to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards.
- Oversee financial performance, investments, and business ventures.
- Represent the bank in public engagements and industry forums.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior executive roles within the banking industry.
- Proven experience as a CEO or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital banking trends and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
