Job Description
- Create strategic direction and leadership to the operational teams such as engineering, property management, maintenance, leasing, and administrative functions.
- Work closely with the CEO and finance team to develop and manage budgets, analyse financial performance and make decisions to drive profitability.
- Identify opportunity, improve efficiency, and reduce costs throughout the organization.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor performance across all operational areas, regularly analysing results and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure the level of service delivery to clients and tenants, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the company's growth objectives and enhance its competitive position in the market.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve communication, and streamline processes.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of services.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the facility management industry, with a strong track record of success in operational management.
- Degree is required with preference given to a major in technical; an MBA is preferred.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work on a few potential deals at a given time.
- Own strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to analyse complicated issues.
- Be able to make the tough decision and have strong managerial courage.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with people at multiple levels both internal and external of the organisation.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
