This senior role is responsible for leading strategy, marketing, commercial operations, and partner (channel) management in Thailand. The goal is to drive business growth, improve performance across all business units, and support local and regional goals. The role reports to the regional strategy and commercial leader and also works closely with the Country GM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic and marketing plans to support business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market size, and trends.
- Build and adjust go-to-market (GTM) plans to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Lead and manage local channel partners to ensure strong performance and compliance.
- Oversee commercial operations and improve efficiency through better tools, automation, and reporting.
- Work with data teams to track market share, sales performance, and customer insights.
- Support project management for systems, training, and channel tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, strategy, or related roles in healthcare or similar industries.
- Experience managing teams and owning business results (P&L).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English
