About the Role
At Talent First, we're helping our client, who is a leading digital platform, look for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's technological vision and strategy. You will lead a talented team of engineers and architects to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences, drive business growth, and solidify the company's position as a leading technology company in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term technology vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends that can create competitive advantages and drive innovation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging a risk-taking mindset.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and development of the company's technology platforms and infrastructure.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the company's services and applications.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive engineering culture.
- Empower teams to make decisions and take ownership of their work.
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to deliver high-quality products and features on time and within budget.
- Oversee the IT operations function, including infrastructure, network, and security.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a CTO or equivalent role in a technology-driven company.
- Over 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles
- Deep understanding of technology trends and their impact on industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication and Thai native speaker.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
