Responsibilities for Project Manager
Person should be responsible for implementing appropriate and effective project management.
He will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors through the completion of the project.
He will also be the escalation point of contact between his representative, architect, and contractors.
A process-driven project management professional with quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects including residential.
Should be able to plan, develop, maintain and control various construction-related activities including site management, execution, planning, material management, quality assurance, and control, etc. within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate and control with architects, project consultants, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction-related issues.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications for Project Manager
A degree in Civil engineering / B.Arch /Architecture or graduate/postgraduate in Project Management/ Construction management.
A project management professional with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the building/premium residential interiors/ Corporate & Retail industry.
Should have knowledge of architectural and construction/interior drawings.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
