The position and the working location are based in Bangkok, Thailand.
In this challenging and interesting position, you are responsible for:
Supporting our existing and new customers (mobile operators) in the APAC region and worldwide
Coordination/communication with roaming partners and third parties for clearing related topics
Reconciling and resolving disputes in the roaming clearing process
Supporting the Clearing Back Office team in the allocation of incoming payments
Credit collection activities
Monitoring operational KPIs and ensuring SLA is delivered
Your profile
Min. 3 years of experience in the roaming business as a clearing/roaming settlement specialist
Experience in accounting is an advantage
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel)
English proficiency in verbal and written communication
Other languages are a plus
Communicative, responsible, and resilient individual with commitment
Commercial vocational or similar professional education/training and/or advanced training
