About the role
We are seeking a Chinese Speaker Client Relation Executive to join our fast-growing company.
This position will be the first point of contact providing and maintaining the service quality standard to our potential and existing clients through emails, live chat and liaising with internal departments to ensure an exceptional service is delivered.
The responsibilities for this role includes handling and processing of Clients requests, On boarding, Troubleshooting, Payment follow ups, Sales Support and ensuring all records are up to date and at the same time ensuring the quality of service is provided as per the Companys requirements.
Your responsibilities
Inbound communication tasks
Provide timely and accurate support to prospective, new, and existing clients across multiple inbound communication channels, including phone, live chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Serve as the initial point of contact for the company, maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and supportive demeanour at all times.
Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interactions and complaints within the CRM system.
Ensure that all client-related information is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for future reference and analysis.
Collaborate with business development, operations, and technical support teams to provide comprehensive solutions and ensure efficient resolution of client concerns.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner while upholding the company's values and brand image in all client interactions.
Onboarding tasks
Collect and verify all necessary information and documentation from new clients, upload to CRM and liaise with business development and compliance departments to promote timely account approvals.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather any missing information or clarification required for account approval.
Monitor and track the progress of each client's onboarding, identifying any bottlenecks or delays, and proactively addressing them to expedite the process.
