KPMG in Thailand is currently searching for a Proposals & strategic pursuits officer to join our Client & Markets team. This experienced proposal professional will be responsible for managing all aspects of proposal efforts - from research and writing to editing and advising on documents that focus on key messages and client-centric themes that distinguish KPMG in Thailand from our competitors through to coaching teams to present to potential clients. This role will also have the opportunity to support strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Work with business teams to develop proposals and strategic pursuit strategies and value propositions.
- Organize, write, and edit proposal documents and related collateral that are focused and innovative, emphasizing key messages and client-centric themes that distinguish KPMG in Thailand from our competitors.
- Discuss and work strategically with senior management as well as your colleagues in the Clients & Markets team to reach proposal objectives in an efficient manner.
- Manage the proposal process and deliver within the required timelines.
- Work closely with the Brand & Design team, and other working teams to develop and implement proposal concepts.
- Prepare and coach teams to present proposals to clients.
- Ensure that proposal documents meet RFP requirements and are KPMG Brand & Regulatory compliant.
- Support firm strategic initiatives such as key client management and business development.
- The candidate may also spend time on other marketing initiatives and team projects as required.
Qualification
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai
- Excellent English writing and editing skills. Have experience with copywriting and copyediting is a plus.
- Capacity to work under pressure calmly, maturely, and effectively within deadlines and short-time frames and ability to manage multiple, disparate projects through to completion.
- Strategic thinker who is able to work independently.
- Minimum 2 years of business strategy, general business experience, or copywriting experience
- Strong project management and process skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a client-facing role and/or an understanding of the professional services market would be an advantage.
