Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cloud security engineers, SOC engineer by providing guidance, mentorship, manage and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our cybersecurity service offerings.
- Oversee the delivery of SOC services, VA, penetration test, and tabletop exercises to clients.
- Collaborate with sales and presales to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure the highest standards of security practices and compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are required.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of security professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Additional Qualification :
- Extensive experience in security consulting, including conducting security assessments and providing strategic security advice.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Experience with risk management and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Ability to perform detailed security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Strong understanding of network security, application security, and cloud security.
- Experience in incident response and handling security breaches.
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or similar.
- Ability to act as Cybersecurity consultant for customer
- Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs.
- Familiarity with other cybersecurity tools and platforms.
