COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR

Immediate requirement of Commercial Coordinator

Order Processing

1) Receiving & Checking the orders completely and updating order register in Pact / Excel

2) Check order for complete address, contact name, phone, CST/VAT No. Product description, qty, rates, discounts, taxes, P & F, Commissioning, Advance payment, payment terms, Agent commissions, etc.,

3) Making Order Acceptance and getting the acceptance from customer.

4) Working out commissions payable to Agents/Mestries/Dealers

5) Working incentives to executives in Marketing Field Staff.

6) Obtain approval from superior of physical order copy and PACT thereafter.

7) Issuing Production plan to Production Dept.

8) Issuing Order Acceptance to customers with dispatch dates

9) Follow up with production for machine readiness commitment date and update accordingly in PACT/Excel

10) Any request from customer to delay delivery date is to be updated accordingly in PACT.

11) Issuing Proforma invoice to customers and follow up for payments.

12) Arranging Logistics Checking with minimum 3 transporters for rates and obtain approval from customer and finalize the transporter

13) Transit Insurance Inform customer about insurance charges and obtain acceptance for rate and accordingly include in invoice

14) Dispatch details are to be emailed to United India Insurance every week end to update them about dispatches.

15) Making dispatch documents like, Delivery Challan, Invoice, Road Permit, Waybill and other relevant documents.

16) Dispatch consignments and liaison with transporters for safe delivery of goods at destination.

17) After dispatch of goods SMS/Email to be sent to all concerned like MD sir / RSM / Concerned Executive/Customer

18) Dispatch checklist to be sent to Service Department for organizing commissioning of machinery.

19. Updating order amendments and informing Production accordingly.
