Responsibilities
- Implement and regularly verify quality documentation to ensure compliance with quality system objectives
- Manage the modification and preparation of quality manuals, procedures, working standards, and documents related to customer requirements
- Ensure adherence to quality standards as outlined in the Corporate Quality Policy Manual across all plant operations
- Manage and maintain records and reports related to production quality
- Ensure quality verification according to regulatory standards, plans, and customer requirements
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality requirements
- Review and maintain records of discrepancies between production and reported deficiencies, customer complaints, and communications with customer representatives
- Prepare quality reports and communicate information about defects from customers to the Management Team and Plant Manager
- Develop, monitor, and report on the cost of quality programmes
- Act as the plant coordinator for all quality training and education programmes
- Serve as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) and lead internal quality audits
- Handle other related aspects of the quality system
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within e-commerce, demonstrating a proven track record of leading teams to notable successes
- Demonstrated ability to amplify and manage brand partnerships, with a portfolio showcasing significant expansion
- Strong capacity to guide large teams towards peak performance and professional development
- Proven ability to create and maintain valuable, long-term relationships, supported by strategic account management and commercial outcomes
