Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a timely and accurately of financial statements and comprehensive reports
Providing crucial financial data and working with senior management to coordinate all financial operations related
Ensure accuracy and timely of Customer invoices as per the Business Contract
Financial reporting duties include preparing budgets, budget-to-actuals and financial projections
Prepare all supporting information for the external auditors as necessary
Ensure that all expenses and CAPEX are within the budget
Review monthly results and implement monthly variance analysis
Review the cost model, key assumptions of new business and translate it into financial report
Contract management and Risk management, which be able to advisor/partner to the Senior operations team on appropriate business risks and solutions
Work closely with the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
Work closely with Operations team about corporate policy, Business plan and strategy and reflect it to financial statement
Perform annual physical asset check

Requirements

Bachelor in Accounting or related degree
At least 7 - 10 years of working experience both in Financial & Accounting or related field
Experienced in Financial Analyst background is a must
Thai and English communication at business level is necessary
Have your own car preferred (apart from G Tower Rama 9 Bangkok, there are Bang Na, Wang Noi and Mahachai area for working there occasionally)
