Commercial Relationship Manager

Job Description

-Acquire new SME clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals

-Provide needs-based financing solutions to new and existing SME clients through cross-selling and upselling

-Administer the onboarding of and loan disbursement new SME clients every month

-Ensure all sales processes and properly documented and close any gaps in the client acquisition cycle from onboarding of new SME borrower to first loan disbursement

-Support all related administrative for Siam Validus (Bookkeeping for expenses, arrange meetings, travelling agendas, any ad-hoc assignments)

-Conduct research to identify opportunities, prospects to derive comprehensive reports

-Prepares presentation and other related documents for internal and external use as assigned

-Support ad hoc assignment as requested

Qualification

-Bachelor in business administration, marketing or a related field.

-Minimum 3 years of working experience in commercial banking

-Intuitive to customers needs

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

-Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time

-Be able to work independently and collaboratively with the team
