Role Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Head of Sales, SEA, the position is responsible for management and cross-functional coordination of new business commercialization for Flavour Solutions Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business leadership and lead business critical projects involving cross functional team meetings to improve commercial execution and performance for Flavour Solutions SEA. Champion the NPD process for Flavour Solutions SEA.
- Assess business process to identify gaps and solutions to improve commercialization efforts. Optimize processes for new products, product changes and speed to market initiatives.
- Ensure that commercialization processes and accountabilities are understood and there is organizational alignment.
- Project timeline management & Conduct feasibility studies as required.
- SEA System administrator for CRM: Manage CRM enhancement backlog process, Implement configuration updates to the system, Manage user access, Reporting SME.
Desired Skills/ Qualifications:
- 5+ years Cross functional management Basic Financial Expertise.
- Methodical & Organized Critical to ensure project details are captured and followed up. Analytical Skills Critical for financial analysis of new products in line with Commercial Mngr. Influencer Critical to ensuring adjacent departments complete allocated tasks.
- Aware about the GATE process/ NPD Product Commercialization process.
- Project scoping, establishing timelines and accountabilities
- Ability to drive multi-functional collaboration and communications to enable cross-border projects
- Maturity to escalate to remove roadblocks
- Effective and formal communicator
- Highly organized
- Experience with project management reporting & metrics
