Communications & Marketing Intern (Bangkok)

In view of our retail business expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to join our dynamic team in Thailand, Bangkok

Responsibilities

Event Support:

• Assist in planning and execution of marcom-related events, including pop-ups, media activations, ad-hoc events, and client-related in-store activations.

Translation of Press Materials:

• Translate press materials, releases, product descriptions accurately between Thai and English.

Press Assets Distribution:

• Assist in the distribution of press assets to relevant media and stakeholders.

Reporting:

• Compile weekly clippings reports, PR coverage, brand competitor activities, and LINE reports.
• Prepare special reports and ad-hoc reports as needed.

Vendor Liaison:

• Source and liaise with external vendors for various requirements.

Sample and Logistics Management:

• Manage samples, loans, deliveries, and logistic arrangements in collaboration with regional office, franchisee partners, Headquarter office, internal and external logistic team.
• Organize and maintain the sample storeroom and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Plan and execute sample stock takes and inventory reconciliations periodically.

Data Entry and SAP Management:

• Enter data into SAP for PO creation, vendor creation, invoice submission, and logistic-related documents.

General Marcom Support:

• Provide support in various day-to-day marketing and communications activities.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Thai and English.
• Strong interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
• Strong organizational abilities and capability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Resourceful and always willing to learn.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

Internship Commitment

Ability to commit at least 12 months on full-time basis are preferred
