Compensation and Benefits Manager - FMCG (100k)

Our client, a renowned multinational FMCG company specializing in dairy products, currently seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their dynamic team in Thailand.

As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures
• Manage annual salary review processes and bonus schemes
• Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with leadership to align C&B strategies with business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in FMCG or related industries
• Fluency in Thai and English
