Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Contracting Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and streamlining contract processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all client-facing agreements, and coordinating closely with internal departments. The Contracting Manager will be responsible for handling contracts, quotations, and agreements, as well as overseeing the onboarding of new clients and maintaining current customer relationships. This role also requires collaboration with the sales team and finance to manage pricing and client requests, along with ensuring that the customer journey, from onboarding to retention, is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal contractual templates and updates on terms and conditions.
- Handle all contracts, quotations, and sales follow-up for quotations/ contractual agreements for all partnerships.
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding integrations and PMS migrations and additional report developments for all partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hotel/ ownership contractual agreements.
- Oversee onboarding of new partnerships, coordination with internal teams for all pre and post sales activities to ensure a seamless partnership experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring a focus on renewals and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, sales & marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, sales support, or client relations, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of hospitality business operations and challenges, particularly related to revenue management, analytics, and technology solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, both independently and as part of a remote team.
- Demonstrated track record of success in maintaining client relationships, managing contracts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, sales, and data teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage client contracts, track updates, and follow-up efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using contract management software (e.g., PandaDoc), CRM tools, and other sales productivity tools.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset, focused on delivering client satisfaction and ensuring smooth onboarding and renewals.
