Role Overview:

As our Contracting and Costing Manager, you'll be managing and optimising our contracts and costing strategy to ensure competitive and efficient operations. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

  • Propose, implement, and manage a contracting strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Negotiate competitive, mutually-beneficial contracting terms with suppliers and partners as the primary contact for the company in supplier contractual matters.
  • Maintain and update existing contracts to ensure they remain effective and aligned with strategy.

Costing and Pricing Management:

  • Keep company costs, tariffs, and contracts up-to-date and organised for maximum accuracy, and easy access by client services and trip operations teams.
  • Create customised tariffs for overseas agents and internal sales team.
  • Accurately apply pricing and markup changes and actively monitor and share impact of all pricing adjustments.

Team Collaboration and Support:

  • Provide clear and timely responses to sales, trip operations, and product team costing requests.
  • Work with the product team to kkeep the team informed on new products, suppliers, and partners.
  • Work proactively to reduce inefficiencies and improve accuracy in the sales, trip operations and accounting workflows.

Key qualifications include:

At least 3 years of experience in contracting and costing within the travel industry.

Proficiency in data analysis tools.

Strong negotiation skills, proactive, dynamic, passionate, and a team player.

Native Thai and excellent English communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Thai citizenship.

Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.

Strong commercial awareness.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
