Highly skilled conversational modeler with strong foundation on Dialgflow CX and understanding of telecom industry.The candidate should have a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviour and the ability to translate them into great conversational flows. The candidate should be fluent in Thai and English.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop and conversational flows using DialogFlow CX to address customer queries, issues and complaints.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and refine project requirements and translate to conversation designs.
- Create and maintain intents entities and dialog flows with in the CX environment.
- Develop and maintain the training data.
- Testing and analysis of conversational flows to identify and address issues
- Adherence to brand voice and tone guidelines throughout the conversation experience for the customer
- Implement best practices with respect to sensitive data and customer privacy.
Qualifications
- Min 1 years of experience in DialogFlow CX application development
- Min3 years of IT industry experience
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques
- Experience in telecom domain preferred
- Proficiency in Thai (both written and spoken) & English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
