Role: Core Program Director

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- end-to-end project delivery of Core replacement program.
- project lifecycle phases, entry/exit criteria, and roles.
- requirements and formulate achievable scope.
- development, testing, architecture, and integration.
- accurate data migration and effective go-live events.
- with key teams to manage business impact and change.
- warranty closure and transition to BAU.
- and report project costs within budget.
Discipline and Management Focus:
- vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.
- project control and adherence to governance.
- stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- project team resources and task allocation.
Previous Experience:
- 12 years of project management experience, with 7 years in banking.
- accountability for Core System replacement projects.
- knowledge of SDLC in Waterfall.
- track record of delivery, especially in customer/data migration.
- organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- experience managing large teams.
- with proactive problem-solving skills.
- written and verbal communication skills.
- in MS Project, Jira, Quality Centre, and related tools.
