The role involves overseeing and managing the human resources, legal processes, information technology, procurement, and administrative functions within the company on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- 10 years experience in management level
- Proven experience in human resources, legal, IT, procurement and administration roles
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Organizational and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning and budgeting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Fluent in English
- Experience in ISO would be advantage
- Experience working in listed company (SET) would be advantage.
