Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects, acquisitions, and investments.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts for development projects and asset management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets for the company's real estate portfolio.
- Assess potential real estate investment opportunities through detailed financial appraisal and market research.
- Conduct feasibility studies on new development or acquisition opportunities, considering financial, legal, and regulatory factors.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including cash flow analysis, P&L, and balance sheet reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and corporate policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate financial modeling, investment analysis, and capital markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid understanding of valuation techniques and real estate metrics.
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance, including knowledge of relevant real estate financial regulations.
- Ability to handle complex financial problems and propose creative solutions.
