To prepare documents for seeking approval of director appointment from related committees and regulators
To ensure the structure of the Board of Directors and the directors qualifications align with the relevant laws and regulations.
To screen and advise on approval authority relating to any matters proposed to the Board of Directors
To coordinate with related parties to arrange director training/or register courses for directors.
To provide preliminary legal opinion, laws and regulations-related information to support the work of the Company Secretary (e.g., Board of Directors Meeting, Shareholders Meeting, information disclosure etc.
To plan procedure and timeline of work as per assignment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law
New graduates are welcome
1-2 years of experience in company secretary or regulatory affairs in banking industry is a plus
Strong communication, MS Office skills
Good writing skills (especially official correspondence and Meeting minutes)
Good English communication
Creative, enthusiastic, and prudent
Ability to work under pressure and balance all stakeholders interest.
