Job Description
Effective tax management is about managing corporate income tax risk while optimizing tax affairs in a sustainable environment. KPMGs Tax practice is a global network through which we deploy our people, processes and technology to help our clients with their worldwide tax compliance obligations, providing them with the information they require to take vital commercial decisions promptly.
Responsibilities
- A team member to provide the end-to-end tax outsourcing service such as review accounting documents to determine tax implication, prepare journal voucher, prepare various type of tax returns e.g. VAT, withholding tax
- Support senior tax professionals for monthly tax compliance service e.g. review the provided document and information, determine the monthly tax implication and prepare monthly tax compliance returns
- Support senior tax professionals to corporate income tax compliance service e.g. review the accounting information, read the financial statements, analyze the required tax adjustments, prepare corporate income tax computation and corporate income tax returns
- Support senior tax professionals to perform tax health check to review the tax practice of the client, identify potential tax exposure and prepare the report
- The first point of contact for routine communication with the client
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in accounting / tax or similar domain.
- 1-5 years of work experience in Corporate Income Tax domain. (Freshers with strong CIT knowledge shall also be considered)
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical skill
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and good team-player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive and enthusiasm in learning attitude
