Job description

• Implement DIT company-wide strategies
• Manage the company-wide objectives (KGI/KPI)
• Implement cross-departmental issues promptly
• Planning of annual policy and budget policy
• Planning business strategies for manufacturing companies and supporting related departments in their implementation

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any related field)
• Experience in business planning, production strategy or related marketing fields.
• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Have skills about advance conflict management and negotiation skills will be advantage.
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Logical thinking and good command of communication
• Good computer proficiency especially Microsoft Office
