Brief Roles & Responsibilities:
- To build and maintain effective Corporate Relations with Domestic and International firms of repute for placement
- To ensure 100% quality placements of students
- Maintaining corporate database PAN India with weekly status update
- Cold Calls to potential recruiters
- Responsible for placement and organizing internship opportunities for students especially with Finance and Analytical companies/ Domain
- Maintain complete database of students
- Organizing grooming sessions - plan and implement Soft Skill enhancement programmes, Resume Writing, Mock Interview, GD & Aptitude Tests to prepare students for final placements
- Coordinating with partnered campuses for Placement Training
- Visiting corporates and partner campuses regularly
- Arranging Guest Speakers
- Flexible to Travel as per job business requirement
- Organize CEO Forum, CEO dinner, Guest Lecture Series from industry/ academia on continual basis
- To organize and coordinate for Corporate Meet/ Academic Events and HR Conclave etc.
- To improve the quality of placements, better companies and higher salaries
- Any other work assigned by the relevant authority.
