Minimum Experience - 3+ Years of experience

Salary CTC - Upto 35K Per Month

Any Graduation Degree [Throughout English Medium Pass-out]

Good in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Responsible for Client Servicing and Business Development

Responsible for doing client meetings and presentations

Liasoning and follow-up with clients (brands) and developers

Doing Market Survey and Market Research

Making site visits with clients

Ensuring smooth backend operations

Managing a team of CROs & CREs

Responsible for timely resolution of customers queries

Proven skills in using and knowledge of internet

Skills in Identifying and shortlisting properties online

Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an added benefit

Maintaining MIS and generating required reports

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Gmail)

Strong communication skills (Written / Verbal)

Knowledge of Gujarati Language (Read / Speak)
