Job Description
Be responsible for taking care of necessary CEO's matters such as arranging meeting, greeting appointment from both inside and outside, and travel arrangement flight, accommodation, visa, transfer, claim report, etc.
Provide and maintain all office equipment to be ready to use.
Handle and respond all telephone call, email, and others approval system delegated by CEO.
Gather important documents by categorizing, and monitor guest support team to follow company policy, SOP for audit purpose.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any related filed
At least 1-2 years of experience in personal assistant, assistant executive to C-level, or secretary.
Good command in English both written and verbal.
Excellent in computer literacy G-suite, MS Office and office stationary equipment.
Can work under limited of time, flexi-hours, attention to details, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
