Job Purpose:
This job has direct responsibilities to lead, frame and manage the development and implementation for successful integrated marketing strategies and executions to support Corporate Solution (CS) Group business acquisition, customer engagement and retention as well as the CS member penetration for cross-selling Individual Voluntary Solution offers through key marketing functions including CS Proposition and Marketing Communication, Marketing & Sales Promotion Campaign, Digital Marketing & Lead Generation, Marketing events & Wellness activities.
Main Responsibilities:
CS Value Proposition & Marketing Communication
- To rebrand and translate CS customer value proposition statement from Group Insurance into corporate health and wealth partner, wellness solution and offers through E2E distributor and customer journey
- To develop creative & impactful marketing messages, contents and sales pitches by stay up to date on dynamic change in customer demand and behavior as well as market trend
- To optimize and utilize various & new marketing media and tools especially digital social media and online platform to effectively tap in to target customer segments (corporate client & member) and target distribution and sellers
- To ensure the consistency, alignment and development of marketing communication and customer centricity and experiences
Marketing Promotion Campaign and Digital Lead Generation for Cross-Sales Individual Voluntary Solution (IVS)
- To develop marketing strategies, identify target customer segment, design and run customer promotion and marketing campaign include elements of digital marketing to drive Lead Generation activities, IVS penetration and cross-sell
- To collaborate with distribution sales team to develop distribution and seller promotion campaign to drive active agent, new business EB and IVS KPIs and sales from all distribution channels
- To monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve the target business results and manage overall marketing expense and budget
Marketing Event and Wellness Activity
- To develop strategy and overview the execution for Health & Wellness activities programs correspond to Work Well proposition and each dimension i.e. Live Well, Think Well, Plan Well and Feel Well for Corporate as well as their member both On-site and On-line to support customer engagement and lead generation for cross-sell as well as distribution and seller engagement
- To create health & wellness eco-system and partnership model to strengthen wellness proposition and scale-up the program and value-added service offers
Strategic projects and Others
- Lead or Manage CS strategic projects and initiatives on marketing areas Customer and Market survey
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ Digital Marketing, Communication Management or related fields
- 5 years + working experience in marketing related fields
- 3 - 5 years working experience in life insurance company is preferred.
- Good knowledge in Visual, Artwork and UX technique and Graphic Design tool e.g. Canva and computer skill especially Microsoft Office Program, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and good in English
- Project management skills and multi-tasking and Team Management
