Dhipaya Group Holdings Public Company Limited (TIPH) is looking for an intermediate or experienced position focusing on Corporate Strategy Senior Analyst/ Analyst.
The team centers around integrity, creativity, agility, and a collaborative mindset. Our work mainly focuses on initiatives that guide the next phase of Dhipaya's growth in existing and new businesses which include insurance business, insurance-related business, and more. The candidates most critical contributions are understanding and identifying the key business drivers to co-develop a new business model with the target, reflecting rational value measurement.
We are seeking a trustworthy, innovative, creative, analytical, and great team player. The candidate should enjoy working in a dynamic business environment, developing new business models, and solving complex problems. Passion in business strategy exploring is a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform industry and company research and analysis
Utilizing online tools and publicly available information, mainly focused on financial due diligence, pricing, valuation, qualitatively evaluating the target, investigating the financial risk and business risk for M&A transactions
Identifying key business drivers, co-developing our approach, agreeing on value measurements
Understanding business analyzing financial information, wrapping up with the management
Considering commercial, strategic priorities, risk, and synergies to maximize the value of the investment
Qualifications
Excellent command of both Thai and English is mandatory (verbal and written)
Good financial modeling, data visualization, presentation, and interpersonal skills
2-4 years of work experience in Management/Strategy Consulting, Deal Advisory, Fund Management, Equity Research, Corporate Strategy, Internal Consulting, and/or Corporate Development, in a global or well-established local company
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related field. (STEM degree is also desirable with relevant proven work experience)
