Responsibilities
- Leading the Nava Cost Modeling team in delivering Nava Cost Modeling objectives, including but not limited to
- Driving Nava Product Cost Competitiveness, by all possible ways
- Prepare Cost Model & Roadmap for NPI Products Gate review, analyze variance, drive Cost improvements by partnering with platform R&D, MFG Engineering, GCM, etc. teams
- Prepare and Maintain Cost Roadmap for Mass Products
- Product Cost Simulations for BOM Change, HPU change, Yield improvement, etc.
- Prepare Cost model for FTA (Free Trade Agreement) Application
- Tracking cost improvement initiative and cost saving realization, analyze variance between Actual Product cost and that's in the Cost roadmap
- Ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics, Engineering is also fine, MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of working experience, including MNCs Product Cost Accounting experience. US listed company experience is preferred.
- Including no less than 5 years of experience in Product Costing.
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP (SAP is acceptable), Microsoft Office Suite, etc. systems & tools, Tableau will be a plus.
- People Management Experience is a must.
- Business Result Oriented, Open minded, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work with people from globe with diversified culture background.
- Continuous Improvement mindset, willing to take challenges to lead/participate in Kaizen projects.
- English as working language.
