Suntory Beverage & Food Thailand Co., Ltd. Join Suntory Beverage and Food Thailand as a Costing Manager. This role involves overseeing management accounting, including product costing, manufacturing accounting, and inventory transactions, ensuring proper internal control systems are in place and adhered to by related departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budget planning, including material, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead. Calculate standard costs and transfer pricing.
- Oversee cost accounting processes, including month-end and year-end costing activities, inventory management, and provision/write-off. Conduct cost variance analysis against forecasts.
- Prepare monthly forecasts on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) with material price and production variance estimates.
- Provide financial performance reporting to support operations performance review.
- Partner with supply chain leaders to drive productivity and cost savings. Validate productivity with monthly reporting submissions to the regional team.
- Provide product cost estimates to support new product development promptly.
- Ensure that by-products and scraps are properly tracked, written off, and completely sold.
- Manage staff employees and periodically review accuracy and compliance with established rules and accounting principles. Ensure financial procedures are consistently followed.
- Act as a finance partner providing financial recommendations and guidance to cross-functional teams. Review financial costing processes with Supply Chain and F&A teams to strengthen internal control and system effectiveness.
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard systems.
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Business Administration.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing accounting/costing, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good management skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in SAP required.
