We're looking for a skilled Counsel AR Lawyer with over 7 years of experience to join our team and provide expert legal support across various business functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer legal support and advice on interpreting and implementing laws and regulations.
- Provide legal opinions to business units on resolving disputes and legal issues (civil and criminal), helping teams understand legal implications.
- Conduct comprehensive contract drafting, review, and advisory, highlighting potential legal risks in contractual arrangements.
- Act on additional legal matters as needed, such as corporate document management, registrations, administrative applications, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate and represent the company in dealings with government agencies and collaborate with the internal legal team on operational matters.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support business functions and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal counsel, with strong expertise in contract drafting and review.
- Lawyer License is required; Thai Barrister at Law is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
