Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the group's overseas development strategy, assist in organizing and formulating human resources work plans for overseas business, and assist in sorting out overseas human resources system and process specifications;
2. The implementation of overseas human resource planning, including the introduction of overseas talents, talent assessment and performance improvement, talent development, personnel structure, salary and benefits, etc.;
3. Assist the general manager of the business department to build an overseas core team and manage the team;
4. Provide overseas special suggestions on human resources, organizational construction, performance management, administrative management and other aspects to senior decision-makers on a regular basis, and provide human resources information support for the company's major decisions;
5. The construction of corporate culture in overseas business, creating an organizational atmosphere, promoting cultural integration, and improving employee satisfaction;
6. Other work support in overseas business development.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, management or related majors is preferred;
2. Fluent in Chinese, Thai nationality, 5 years of overseas human resource management experience;
3. Strong network with Minister of Thailand
