Role & Responsibilities
Manage and execute the sales operations in the entire country
Spearhead the sale process and engage with the prospects & Customers.
Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Actively manage and participate in all aspects of the sales cycle - prospecting, presentation, sale attainment, collection, etc.
Identify and qualify prospective customers for the designated territory.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Close sales projects leading to achieving sales targets.
Ensure Timely collection of receivables.
Achieve profitability objectives.
Willing to travel extensively within Thailand and south east Asian countries (as and when required)
Required skill-set
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai language
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and CXO-levels
A Leader and a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
Possess strong technical knowledge about the different products.
Demonstrable experience into sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Ready to travel within Thailand and south east Asian countries
Necessary Work Experience
7 10years of work experience in similar roles in related industries - sugar processing industry, mining industry, shipping industry, Heavy earth moving equipment, power industry
