Role Overview
Reporting to Group Head, Renewable Feedstock Supply, you will lead Thailand operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, strategic alignment, and growth in renewable feedstock.
The role requires an experienced Country Manager with a strong background in managing warehouses, liquid commodities and building key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all business functions in Thailand, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and alignment with our company's global strategies.
- Identify and pursue new feedstock opportunities in the Thai market, driving sustainable business growth.
- Oversee the procurement of renewable feedstock in Thailand, with a focus on strategic planning to increase volume and ensure a sustainable supply chain.
- Lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Control the country's budget, meeting financial targets while strategically allocating resources for maximum impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities, to enhance our market position.
- Work closely with HQ to align local efforts with global goals, facilitating smooth communication and implementing company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with HVO feedstocks, including Used Cooking Oil, Animal Fats, Vegetable Oils, and Advanced Waste Oils.
- Deep understanding of the Thailand market and proven track record in developing new business opportunities.
- Previous experience working as a Country Manager is a plus.
