Advance Careers has been engaged by an international Tier 1 PV panel manufacturer who have an exciting new role of Country Sales Manager. The Country Sales Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of our products/services to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction across South East Asia.
Role responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and captivate existing and potential clients by demonstrating core values and high end technology
- Assess and improve B2B2C channel strategy for the business in the SEA region by collaborating with existing or new distributor partners, EPCs or installers
- Execute company Certified Solar Professional Program as well as develop and execute strategic account plans to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand the unique needs of each key account and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirement's.
- Create project opportunities via new business development or partnerships by leveraging their product's unique selling points
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and customer support to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Forecast and track account metrics, KPIs, and sales activities, providing regular updates to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual success and sustainable growth.
Qualifications & skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in key account management or related sales roles.
- Strong understanding of residential and C&I solar industry, channels, products, and services.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
- Previous leadership entrepreneurial mind set required to be able to overcome obstacles
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining executive-level relationships as well as being able to connect with installers and residential sales people.
