HEPMIL Thailand | HEPMIL Creator's Network (HCN) Thailand is seeking a Creator Partnership, Associate Director to join our expanding team! If you're passionate about empowering digital content creators and helping them grow, we'd love to have you on board.

Job Description

As Creator Partnership, Associate Director, you will lead strategic partnerships with creators, talent agencies, and industry bodies across various verticals. Your role will be to inspire, educate, and empower creators, ensuring they leverage social commerce featuressuch as TikTok and other toolsto achieve their business objectives. You'll also provide market insights to our regional and local strategy teams, advocating for the needs of our partners in Thailand.

In this role, you will manage the creator ecosystem in Thailand, overseeing a team responsible for nurturing partnerships with content creators. Collaborating closely with the Business and Creative Strategy Teams, you'll drive initiatives to scale the creator community, bring the corporate narrative to life through creator stories, and improve the business landscape for creators in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage partnerships with creators in Thailand by collaborating with local and regional leaders to define strategies and priorities.
• Build and refine scalable creator management strategies, driving growth and retention of high-revenue driving creators.
• Advocate for creators by identifying and managing local issues, opportunities, and risks, while collaborating with regional and cross-functional teams to shape business and product strategy.
• Develop commercial partnerships between HEPMIL Thailand and creators
• Drive activation and rapport of new creators, track business metrics and insights and promote a culture of constructive feedback for team success.
• Participate in external conferences, panels and press engagements.
• Lead and mentor the creator partnerships team to foster a high-performing and dynamic work environment.

Minimum qualifications:

• 58 years of relevant experience in creative industries, content production, or digital marketplaces, with a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and industry landscape.
• Proven experience in business leadership, managing partnerships, and driving operations across cross-functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Thai.
• Strong project management skills paired with excellent communication and presentation abilities to deliver clear and easily understandable information to clients and external stakeholders.
• Experience handling regional campaigns (SEA/APAC) is a significant advantage
• Extensive experience in team management and leadership is also a major advantage.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in writing rights agreements and collaborating with management and strategy teams.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products, tracking business metrics, and delivering actionable insights and feedback to teams.
• Experience in a matrixed organization, with a strong ability to influence and engage multiple internal stakeholders at all levels.
