Role Description
As a Credit Card Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit card promotions in collaboration with our partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on achieving targets related to customer spending, active user engagement, and overall transaction value.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with credit card partners to design and execute monthly promotions and special event offers.
Monitor and analyze the performance of each promotion, focusing on customer spending, number of active users, and total transaction value.
Negotiate targets and agreements with credit card partners, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Coordinate with marketing and analytics teams to create effective promotional strategies that drive user engagement and spending.
Regularly report on KPIs to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the credit card or financial services industry.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
