Position:Credit Risk Manager

What you will do

• Perform regular evaluations and monitoring of credit risk models, producing detailed reports that assess performance, identify trends, and highlight potential risks for each product or segment, ensuring losses remain within acceptable limits.
• Explore opportunities to improve the risk model monitoring process through automation, advanced analytics, and refined methodologies.
• Propose loan underwriting for each product/ segment as well as identify opportunity for risk experiment to improve portfolio performance and revenue.
• Assist with the collection, preparation, and analysis of customer repayment data to support the development and maintenance of credit risk models and parameters, aimed at managing credit risk efficiently.
• Contribute to projects aimed at developing strategic initiatives in the risk area.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with outstanding academic results
• 2-3 years of experience in retail risk management
• Sound judgement, excellent data analytics and problem-solving skills
• Work well in fast-paced, strong teamwork environment
• A passion for further developing ABACUS digital as one of Thailand's leading digital lending companies
